4H Event Regulations
The 4-H Event Regulations help ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for all participants, families, volunteers, and guests. These guidelines provide important expectations for event conduct, project participation, animal care, facility use, and overall fairground operations. By following these regulations, 4-H members are able to showcase their hard work in a positive, respectful, and family-friendly environment.
Focused on responsibility, fairness, and education, the 4-H program encourages youth to develop valuable life skills through hands-on learning and community involvement. From livestock exhibitions and project judging to club activities and special events, these regulations support a consistent and well-managed experience for everyone involved. This commitment helps preserve the tradition of 4-H while promoting growth, leadership, and pride throughout the community.
